Highly recommended! Warm welcome with an unexpected upgrade from a triple studio to a one bedroom apartment on arrival. Thank you so much, Dennis, much appreciated. Very unassuming entrance and reception area. Most friendly and helpful staff with a great command of English. Excellent and most importantly super clean accommodation. Large airy rooms - one bedroom with a king bed, separate living room with two single beds on opposite walls (also used as couches), a fully kitted out kitchenette (note, no oven), and a large bathroom (all true to the photos on the website). We were most comfortable. Our corner suite looked onto a busy intersection, so traffic noise is inevitable. The Coffee Factory next door offers great breakfasts, light snacks, hot and cold drinks. Definitely worth a visit. If you need parking, it is imperative to book a spot at the same time you book your accommodation. Parking is reserved in nearby buildings, depending on the size of your vehicle, undercover and secure (20€/night). Just note the entrance is exceptionally narrow. We stayed for 3 nights and walked everywhere to get the best experience this unforgettable city has to offer (e.g. distance to Wenceslas Square 700 m, Old Town Sq 1.8 km, Charles Bridge 2.2 km and Prague Castle 3.7 km). Next time we will definitely stay at Royal Court Apartments again. What a great find.

Little gem of a hotel - clean, modern & friendly

Surprisingly lovely hotel. Great mix of modern and traditional. Clean, modern & spacious bedroom, small but perfectly sized shower room, and separate loo which is always good! The staff were friendly and helpful. The man on reception always offered my partner a coffee whilst he was waiting for me 😊 All the reception staff were lovely though - shame didn’t get all names, only Aruna’s. Good location also, about a 15 min walk from the centre and little shop & bar just round the corner too. Would definitely stay there again. Very impressed.

Fantastic place, very clean and spacious, 24 hours reception. Very close (short walking distance) from underground and trams (22 and 23 takes you to the main places) A quick word for Elina in the reception, very helpful, friendly always with a smile.

To any interested guest and royal court apartments. This place is excellent. It provides value for money for people interested in exploring the city and for people to enjoy a spacious well stocked room. They provide excellent information about the city and the rooms are huge equipped with a full kitchenette. It’s also easy to get into the main parts of the city by tram from these apartments also. The breakfast provided next to the apartments is also delicious and is very accommodating. The staff are also very informative and are very kind. They let us borrow an umbrella when we didn’t have cash on us for a deposit and they also decorated our room with chocolates, flowers, balloons, white wine and a selection of fruits when a member of our family notified them of one of our 21st birthday’s. Thank you especially to Bola and Aruna who arranged this with our family for this to be done. It was amazing that they went out of their way to make the room look amazing on our special birthday celebration while we were out exploring the city. Overall, this place is done very well from head to toe and I would recommend this place to all who are looking to stay in the vicinity of Prague 2 on a budget but with fun, spaciousness, and a taste for an excellent breakfast. The place is excellent. Staff are very helpful and Aruna did a great job at getting us checked in. You get 10% discount at the cafe next door which is a very nice bonus! The place is well located with transport links for all the city within a couple mins walk (the public transport in Prague is the GOAT and very cheap. We would definitely recommend staying here
